Welcome to DecisionOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DecisionOS, including our website, mobile applications, and all services available through decisionos.app.abhisekp.com(collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using DecisionOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DecisionOS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DecisionOS, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and are of legal age to do so. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify DecisionOS immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DecisionOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or organizational use.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without express written permission from DecisionOS.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all content, documents, decisions, and data you upload, create, or submit through DecisionOS ("User Content").

You grant DecisionOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process User Content solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content. You agree that:

  • You have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations to upload and share User Content
  • User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • User Content does not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will not upload confidential or sensitive information without proper authorization

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DecisionOS for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others

7. AI-Powered Features

DecisionOS uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to extract decisions, identify owners, detect deadlines, and analyze dependencies.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results are provided on an "as-is" basis. DecisionOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated results should be reviewed and verified before relying on them for critical decisions
  • DecisionOS is not liable for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for validating and approving AI-generated decisions

8. Intellectual Property Rights

DecisionOS and all its original content, features, functionality, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of DecisionOS or its licensors.

You may not use DecisionOS's name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DECISIONOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

DECISIONOS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO DECISIONOS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

DECISIONOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecisionOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Service in violation of law
  • Your User Content or its use
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Termination

DecisionOS may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though you retain ownership of your User Content.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon termination of your account, DecisionOS may retain your User Content for backup or legal compliance purposes for a reasonable period, after which it will be deleted.

You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data retention and deletion.

14. Modifications to the Service

DecisionOS may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features or functionality at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modifications or discontinuation of the Service.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. DecisionOS is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third-party sites.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review independently.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation with DecisionOS. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to pursue legal remedies through the courts as specified in Section 16.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and DecisionOS regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Changes to These Terms

DecisionOS may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when published on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
